About Boulder Water Dispatch

Boulder Water Dispatch is a 24/7 phone line for water emergencies in Boulder and Boulder County, Colorado. One call gets an IICRC-certified restoration crew out to a burst pipe, a flooded basement, or a sewer backup, day or night.

What we do

When you call (720) 806-6511, a dispatcher asks where the water is coming from, how long it's been, and your ZIP code. Your call then goes to an independent restoration company that serves your part of Boulder (ZIPs 80301–80314). That company inspects the damage, gives you an estimate, and does the work if you approve it. We don't do restoration ourselves, and we never quote prices over the phone.

How restoration companies are chosen

We only send calls to companies that meet every one of these standards:

Holds current IICRC water damage restoration certification
Carries general liability insurance
Gives a written estimate before work starts
Works with all major homeowners insurance carriers

Partner companies may pay MetaBloom Ventures LLC a referral fee. It doesn't change what you pay. Please confirm credentials and read any contract before work begins.

Where our information comes from

The insurance guide, the estimator, and the Boulder risk notes are based on the ANSI/IICRC S500 water damage standard, standard HO-3 homeowners policy language, and public sources, including:
