This policy explains how MetaBloom Ventures LLC ("we," "us") handles information when you visit boulderwaterdispatch.com (the "Site") or call the phone number shown on it. MetaBloom Ventures LLC is registered in wyoming, usa.

Information we collect

• Phone calls. When you call (720) 806-6511, our call-routing provider receives your phone number, the time and length of the call, and your general location based on your area code. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and dispute resolution.
• What you tell us on a call. The type of water damage, your ZIP code or address, whether you own the property, and any details you choose to share.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically logs IP addresses, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps to keep the Site secure and working.

The drying scope estimator runs entirely in your browser. The answers you enter there are not sent to us or stored by us. The Site has no contact forms and does not ask for your name, email, or payment details.

How we use information

• To route your call to an independent restoration company that serves your area
• To confirm that referrals were made and to settle billing with partner companies
• To review call quality, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law

Who we share it with

• Restoration partners. The company your call is connected to receives your phone number and the details you share so they can help you. Once connected, that company's own privacy practices apply.
• Service providers. Call routing, call recording, and website hosting providers that process data on our behalf under contract.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Third-party content on the Site

• Google Maps. The service area map is embedded from Google. When it loads, Google may set cookies and collect data under the Google Privacy Policy.
• Weather. Current conditions come from Open-Meteo, requested for Boulder's coordinates, not your location.

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

Call records and recordings are kept for up to 24 months for billing, quality, and legal purposes, then deleted. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us not to use it for a particular purpose. Residents of Colorado and other states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a decision about a request. Email hello@metabloomventures.com and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
