These terms apply to boulderwaterdispatch.com (the "Site") and the phone line (720) 806-6511, both operated by MetaBloom Ventures LLC (Registered in Wyoming, USA). By using the Site or calling the line, you agree to them.

We are a referral service

Boulder Water Dispatch connects property owners with independent water damage restoration companies. We do not perform restoration, mitigation, mold remediation, plumbing, or construction work, and we are not an insurance company, adjuster, or public adjuster. Any work is done by the company you choose, under that company's own agreement with you.

Independent contractors

Partner companies are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We require partners to hold IICRC certification, but we do not supervise their work. Each company is solely responsible for its inspection, estimate, pricing, workmanship, permits, licensing, and insurance. Please confirm credentials and review any contract before work begins.

How we are paid

Calling the line is free for you. Partner companies may pay MetaBloom Ventures LLC a fee for referrals. That fee does not change what you are charged.

Estimates and information are not quotes or advice

The drying scope estimator, equipment counts, deductible ranges, and insurance explanations on the Site are general educational information based on common industry practice. They are not a price quote, a contract, a diagnosis of your property, or legal or insurance advice. Only your insurer can decide coverage, and only an on-site inspection can determine the scope of work.

Emergencies

If anyone is in danger, there is a gas smell, or electrical hazards are present, leave the area and call 911 first. Response times for partner companies vary with weather, demand, and location and are not guaranteed.

Call recording

Calls to (720) 806-6511 may be monitored and recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping. By staying on the line, you consent to recording. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site or phone line, including prank, fraudulent, or automated calls, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, and graphics belong to MetaBloom Ventures LLC. Names of public agencies, universities, insurance companies, and industry organizations are used only to describe local resources, standards, and the kinds of claims partner companies handle. Their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and referral service are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the work of any partner company.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MetaBloom Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any acts, omissions, pricing, or workmanship of partner companies, or any coverage decision by an insurer. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or referral service is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
